1. You cannot expunge a felony conviction!

2. You are ineligible for an expungement if you have any prior felony convictions or a prior expungement.

3. You can expunge charge(s) that are dismissed or where there are findings of not guilty or no probable cause.

4. You can expunge more than one case if the offense dates are all within a twelve month period.

5. You can expunge a misdemeanor conviction if you were under the age of eighteen at the time of the conviction and had not previously been convicted of any other offense except for a traffic violation.

6. The expungement process takes approximately six to eight months.
