Brad Sahl is the managing shareholder of the Law Offices of Brad Sahl, P.C. in Raleigh, NC. Brad earned his B.A. degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland in 1995 and his J.D. degree from Widener University School of Law (DE) in 1998. While in law school, Brad served as a law clerk in the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office (1996) and as a judicial clerk to the Hon. John T.J. Kelly, Jr., Superior Court of Pennsylvania (1997). He began practicing law in 1998 and from 1999-2004, Brad limited his practice to the representation of employers, insurance carriers, and third party administrators in Pennsylvania and New Jersey workers’ compensation matters. Brad moved to North Carolina in 2005 and founded the Law Offices of Brad Sahl, P.C. in 2006.
The firm primarily represents people accused of crimes in state and federal court but the firm also maintains an active civil trial practice. Brad is licensed to practice in North Carolina, Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and is a member of the American, North Carolina and Wake County Bar Associations. He is also a member of the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers. He currently serves on the Administration of Justice Committee for the North Carolina Bar Association and the Legislative Committee for the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers.
